RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES OF DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT


ADMINITRATION AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT :

ADMINITRATION SECTION :

  • Coordination among all departments.
  • Develop different planning and procedure for sales promotion.
  • To assess requisite manpower as per necessity and take action accordingly.
  • Manpower development.
  • Establish the office rules and regulation.
  • Develop good working environment at office and project site.
  • Ensure financial and logistic support for project work.
  • Supervise, monitoring and evaluation different targeted works/projects.
  • Preparation short-term, mid-term and long-term budget.
  • Pay up the salary and others dues of the employee in time.
  • Welfare of the employee.
  • Make sure submission of vat, tax and annual income tax return in time.
  • Registration/renew license and other document.
  • Safeguard of office and project site.
  • Stakeholders Relation development.


COMMERCE SECTION :

  • All the activities regarding L.C behave of company.
  • Different buyer’s LC Follow-up.
  • Knowledge upgrade on latest commercial Gov. Circulars.
  • Assessment VAT and income tax regarding sales and purchase.
  • Make sure submission of vat, tax and annual income tax return in time.
  • Midterm and annual income tax return preparation and submission.
  • Registration new license/ certificate.
  • Renew old license/certificates in time.
  • Sales target assessment.
  • Payment collection.
  • Procurement and distribution project materials. Maintain/preserve all commercial documents
  • Help accounts section regarding keeping records.
  • Safeguard/conserve all store material and equipment.
  • Works instructed by management committee.


ACCOUNTS SECTION :

  • Yearly and monthly budget preparation and execution.
  • Properly preparation and preserve all bill, voucher, quotation, work order and others relevant papers and registers.
  • Midterm and annual income tax return preparation and submission.
  • Payment collection.
  • Procurement and distribution project/office materials.
  • Maintain all type case book. Ledger books, stock books, allotment register, check/bank register etc.
  • Ensure security of cash money.
  • Safeguard/conserve all office furniture and equipment.
  • Assessment VAT and income tax regarding sales and purchase.
  • Pay up the salary and others dues of the employee in time.
  • Make sure submission of vat, tax and annual income tax return in time.
  • Works instructed by management committee.


TECHNICAL DEPARTEMENT :

ENGINEERING SECTION:

  • Movement for new enquiry and Sales promotion
  • Bench mark survey of commercial projects area and targeted groups.
  • Sales promotion planning for1 to 5 year.
  • Offer preparation and submission.
  • All kind of drawing / design preparation and execution.
  • The project works properly distribute among engineers.
  • Successfully completion project works in time.
  • Supervision and monitoring old projects
  • Knowledge development.
  • Train up supervisors and workers.
  • To make sure availability of manpower and equipment before start the site work.
  • Ensure all safeguard during site work of the project.
  • Maintain and preserve soft and hard copies of all project documents.
  • Works instructed by management committee.
