We are "action", not "issue" driven. Enquiries and call outs are handled by experienced and qualified technicians. No remote and therefore "removed" call centres here. Our customers are the reason we exist. We do not take this for granted, but instead look to implement solutions as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible. Our Engineers are linked online to our control centre enabling them to respond quickly and effectively to all calls. They are equipped with the necessary tools and spares to provide prompt on site solutions for most issues.
